As a professional, Carl and his family enjoy not only serving succulent BBQ meals, but also competing and coming away with trophies at several BBQ competitions where they were tested on not only various cooking techniques, but also custom sauces. Carl along with daughter, Amanda, has also attended a competitive BBQ cooking school with the “Baron of BBQ,” Paul Kirk.

At Trail’s End BBQ we customize our service to your needs, specializing in offering great BBQ and excellence in customer service. We focus on using the finest ingredients available, including our unique blend of spices, and our custom BBQ Sauce. All meats are cooked long and slow in our custom Pit Smokers, for that authentic flavor that can only come from doing it right.
